Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Triton Games (“we”, “us”) collects on playtritongames.com (the “site”), why we collect it and what rights you have. If you have a question about it, write to support@playtritongames.com.

What we collect

The contact form. When you send us a message, we receive what you enter: your name, your work email, your company (if you give it) and your message. We use it only to answer you and to talk about working together. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox of the form, and our interest in answering business enquiries.

The game demos. When you play a demo, our game server creates a demo player with play money for that session. We don’t ask who you are: the demo player is not linked to your name or email. Demo players and their rounds are deleted a day after they were last played.

Server logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and technical data of your requests to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t sell your data.

Who else processes your data

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the site.
• Resend — delivery of the contact form’s messages to our mailbox.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we are in conversation with you and up to two years after the last message, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or a longer period is required by law.

What is stored in your browser

The site stores your answer to the age question in your browser’s local storage for 30 days. The game demos store their settings (sound volume, spin speed) the same way. See the Cookie policy for details.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop processing it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to support@playtritongames.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Children

The site is for adults only. We don’t knowingly collect data of anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
